Through integrating PPI and gene expression analyses, acyl-CoA thioesterase 13 (ACOT13), which has not been reported to be related to autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD), and prostaglandin E receptor 2 (PTGER2) were identified as potential genes associated with ADPKD(PMID: 34886911).
