Function
PKARII was colocalized with AKAP9 to centrosome-Golgi in all the wild type cells examined (PKA-mediated Gli2 and Gli3 phosphorylation is inhibited by Hedgehog sig ling in cilia and reduced in Talpid3 mutant).
