Phenotypes

Mouse phenotype:
abnormal spleen morphology, increased airway resistance, abnormal thymus morphology, enlarged spleen, abnormal epididymis morphology, enlarged thymus, small spleen, enlarged uterus, enlarged epididymis, decreased circulating iron level
Mouse ciliopathy phenotype:
enlarged heart, small kidney, abnormal uterus morphology, abnormal heart morphology, increased circulating alanine transamise level

Subcellular localization

Functional category

  • Ciliary assembly/disassembly
  • Actin & cytoskeleton regulation
  • T cell biology
  • Cell migration & adhesion
  • Signaling (Hedgehog, GPCRs, ion channels)

Function

In frog olfactory epithelia, ANXA isoforms 1, 2, and 5 bind to dicalcin in a Ca2+-dependent manner (17714509). ANXA1, ANXA2, ANXA5, S100A5, PMCA1, and NCKX4 in the cilia of mouse OSNs (24748648).
