Function

Regulates ciliogenesis. Interacts with DYNLL1 ( 25294941). Knockdown of Atmin or Dynll1 in cultured cells resulted in almost identical phenotypes, fewer ciliated cells and reduced ciliary length(PMID: 25294941).
