In the CHOL tissues, CEP250 colocalized with spliceosome components BUD31 and BCAS2, centrosome-associated spliceosome components. A component of the nuclear spliceosome BUD31 was validated as an interactor of the centriolar satellite protein OFD1 (37250316).
