Function

CCT5 has localized in flagella. CCT5 forms a complex with CEP55, and Aurora A during cilia disassembly (33475699). Identified by cryo-EM as a component of the radial spoke-associated barrel in sperm flagella (Leung et al., 2025, Nature, PMID 39743588).
