Ciliary-motility related proteins, like HYDIN, IQCA1, and CATSPER2 accumulate towards the tip rather than show staining along the whole cilium, which might indicate for HYDIN and IQCA1 that they are not in fact implemented into the axoneme but might just transit the cilium.
