Component of N-DRC, important in flagellar motility (27261005). Studies suggest it is required for other N-DRC components to assemble into the N-DRC. Its location suggests that DRC3 could be important for transducing regulatorysig ls from the radial spokes through the base plate of the N-DRC to the dynein motor (25564608).
