Function

The genome of Tetrahymena encodes three enolases, Eno1 (TTHERM_00486480), Eno2 (TTHERM_00046480), and Eno3 (TTHERM_ 00,474,960). Eno1 and Eno2 were detected in wild-type cilia. In the CFAP69-KO and SPEF2A-coDel cilia, the levels of Eno1 were reduced, but surprisingly, the level of Eno2 was higher in SPEF2A-coDel than in the wild-type cilia (Tables 3, S6)(34083607).
