Function
FoxF1 is required for ciliogenesis in vitro and in vivo and for the proper localization of Shh sig ling components in cilium ( 30950350). FoxF1 knockdown decreased the cilium length in NIH/3T3 cells. FoxF1 deficiency significantly reduced the number of ciliated cells and disrupted the distribution of SHH pathway components in cilia ((30950350)
