Function
FOXG1 syndrome neural progenitor cells have increased frequency of primary cilia. Engineered FOXG1 dose correlates with proliferation and frequency of primary cilia ( 35148845). Inducible FOXG1 expression reduces primary cilia and increases proliferation in neural progenitor cells. Loss of FOXG1 leads to increased primary cilia in forebrain neural progenitor cells (35148845)
