Function
HDAC2 contributes to suppression of primary cilia formation by controlling Aurora A levels in a Kras‐independent manner in PDAC cells( 28028031). Inhibition or silencing of histone deacetylase 2 (HDAC2) restores primary cilia formation in PDAC cells. (28028031) Ectopic activation of AurkA and HDAC2 accounts for reduced cilia in KC ADM cells.
