Function

IL-1β-induces primary cilia elongation with alterations to cilia trafficking of arl13b ( 24330727). The approximate 50 % increase in cilia length was also observed using IL-1β at both a lower, 2 ng mL⁻¹, and a higher, 50 ng mL⁻¹, concentration.
