Function
Required for ciliary membrane protein transport and serum starvation鈥搃nduced ciliogenesis. Role in the Golgi transport of membrane proteins from the Golgi complex to the primary cilium and in the recruitment of ciliogenesis regulators and mainte nce. Required for TTBK2 recruitment and CP110 removal from the distal end of the mother centriole to iniciate cilium assembly (29042452).
