Function

After PDGFR伪伪 activation, both Mek1/2-Erk1/2 and Akt pathways were activated by phosphorylation beginning at 3 min of PDGF-AA stimulation . The increased level of Mek1/2 (by c-Raf-dependent Mek1/2 phosphorylation on serines 217 and 221 in the activation loop to activate Erk1/2) preferentially localized along and at the base of the cilium (16243034).
