Function
Activates endogenous Foxj1 expression, stimulates a cotransfected Foxj1 reporter in heterologous cells and regulates centriole amplification, which in turn activates centriole docking and the assembly of a motile cilium, so it drives a complete multiciliogenesis program (24048590).
