Function
ARD1 and T1 colocalized with MTs in cultured hippocampal neurons and fibroblasts, and that ARD1 activity post-translatio lly mediated acetylation in the purified tubulin fraction in vitro. the N-acetyltransferase activity of the ARD1– T1 complex regulates dendritic arborization in neuro l cells. ARD1 and T1 colocalize with MTs and also colocalized with acetylated α-tubulin in neuro l dendrites in dendrites( 19090811).
