Functional category

  • Ciliary assembly/disassembly

Function

Controls CP110 levels at mother centriole. It transiently traslocates to mother centriole to remove CP110 and facilitate proximily between both centrioles and and promote axoneme formation (28385950). Promotes ubiquitylation of CP110 to maintain centrosome homeostasis and prevent the formation of ectopic microtubular organizing centres (22441691).
