Function

si:ch211-71m22.1 (PLSCR1 in human) and slc43a3a are required for the function of all motile cilia, except for those in the otic vesicle, whereas two genes encoding putative guanine nucleotide exchange factors, arhgef18b and ect2l, are needed for the function of motile cilia in just the developing ear and KV ( 25139857).
