Function
The GID/CTLH complex, including RANBP9 and RANBP10, has been identified as a component of the primary cilium. It is involved in ciliary signal transduction, particularly in pathways like Sonic Hedgehog (Shh) signaling. Disruption of this complex leads to ciliopathy-like phenotypes(PMID: 35543155).
