Function

The seminal ClTI‐1/SPINK2 protein have role in male fertility of physiologically normal, but with contrasted fertility, breeder males, and identified the physiological proteases that are actually inhibited by ClTI‐1/SPINK2.SPINK2 was localized in the acrosome and midpiece region of ejaculated spermatozoa(PMID: 31033055).
