Function
Positive regulator of cilium length. Its expression is controlled by the transcription factor FOXJ1. In zebrafish, it is required for fully efficient motility of cilia in various organs, and for ciliogenesis or mainte nce of motile cilia in the KV. Mutations of which may cause ciliary dyskinesia (29121203).
