Function
Role in the actin dy mics and actin cytoskeleton remodelling, via i ctivation of the actin-severing protein CFL. Supresses ciliogenesis by upregulating the expression of YAP/TAZ target genes, as well as modulating directio l trafficking of ciliary vesicles to the ciliary base. TESK1 overexpression interferes with serum starvation-mediated ciliogenesis (25849865).
