Function
TRAPPIII components, TRAPPC8 and TRAPPC12, are in the cilium formation, and TRAPPIII regulates ciliogenesis via its interaction with a ciliopathy protein, OFD1. Depletion causes increased ciliary length because TRAPPC12 is required for the disassembly of primary cilia (32258032).
