Function

TTLL12 localizes to the base of primary cilia and is required for cilia formation in polarized re l epithelial cells. TTLL12 directly binds to the 伪/尾-tubulin heterodimer in vitro and regulates microtubule dy mics, stability, and post-translatio l modifications (PTMs)(37546873).
